Ten students and a professor cluster around a long heavy table in a dark wood-panelled room. They are passing around a scrapbook made by a Goucher student at the turn of the century while discussing photos of period dorm room interiors for an art history class.

James W. Moore, S.J reclines in one of the four green and yellow leather chairs sitting in a circle near the front of his office in 113 Barbelin. On a warm Friday afternoon in late April, young men in plaid shorts and women in colorful cotton summer dresses congregated around a series of blue benches shaped in a star on the campus of The Episcopal Academy.

Tucked away in his narrow office in Van Meter 130, Dr. Ariel Roth, visiting Assistant Professor of International Relations, hunches over his desk, squinting at a dense text. Piles of manila folders with more lengthy articles - essays from Foreign Affairs, the latest attack on liberals by structural neo-realists, old Hans Morgenthau papers - are cozily stacked on every surface.

The Whit, Rowan University, NJ

Walking into Rowan's Public Safety building, you'd never know there was a police station there. Nestled between Bole and Bunce Halls, the inside looks just like any other on campus, complete with posters on the bulletin board, mostly echoing the upcoming graduation ceremony.

Unless you live under a rock behind Delurey Hall or some other corner of campus, you probably joined in the festivities that we call NovaFest this past weekend. You also probably made your way over to West Campus and, like I did, chose a spot on one of the green areas.

For many members of the Class of '08, it may feel as if they've been taking classes at Villanova forever. However, one student who will also be recognized at the upcoming commencement makes their four years seem like nothing.

For 19 years, Marvin Weiss has taken courses at Villanova, beginning his 'Nova career when members of this year's graduating class were still toddlers.
